K.I.D. Lab – Educational Courses for Children
These Terms of Use outline important information
regarding the programs offered by K.I.D. Lab (“we,” “us,” or
“our”). By enrolling in any of our educational courses, you
(“you,” the “parent” or “legal guardian”) acknowledge that you
have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.
1. Nature of the Programs
K.I.D. Lab provides educational courses designed
for children, focused on teaching practical and creative
skills through structured lessons. These courses are intended
for personal enrichment and development. While participants
will receive a Certificate of Completion upon fulfilling the
course requirements, the certificate is not a formal academic
degree and may not be recognized by government education
authorities or institutions.
2. Enrollment and Parental Consent
All course enrollments must be completed by a
parent or legal guardian of the participating child. By
registering, you confirm that you are authorized to act on
behalf of the child and consent to their participation in the
selected course(s).
3. Course Completion and Certificates
Certificates of Completion are awarded to
students who participate in and complete all required course
components. K.I.D. Lab reserves the right to withhold
certificates from students who fail to meet attendance or
assignment criteria, or who engage in behavior that disrupts
the learning environment.
4. Non-Refundable Payments
All payments made to K.I.D. Lab are strictly
non-refundable. This applies regardless of the reason for
withdrawal, scheduling conflicts, student inactivity, or
dissatisfaction with the course. By completing your payment,
you acknowledge that you have read this policy and accept it
without condition.
5. Modifications and Cancellations
We reserve the right to make changes to course
schedules, instructors, curriculum, or format at our
discretion, in order to maintain the quality and integrity of
our programs. In the event of a course cancellation by K.I.D.
Lab, we will provide an opportunity to reschedule or transfer
the enrollment to another course of equal value.
6. Technology Requirements and Responsibility
Some courses may require the use of online
platforms, software, or internet access. It is the
responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure that the
student has access to the necessary tools and a stable
internet connection. K.I.D. Lab is not responsible for issues
arising from technical limitations on the user’s side.
7. Privacy and Child Safety
K.I.D. Lab is committed to maintaining a safe and
respectful learning environment. We take the privacy of
children seriously and collect only the information necessary
to deliver the course and communicate with parents or
guardians. Personal data is handled in compliance with
applicable privacy regulations and will never be shared with
third parties without consent.
By registering for a K.I.D. Lab course and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of these Terms of Use.
